      Pros

      The President and CEO of the company is also the founder. Mr. Joseph Lukowski is a man of his word and is one of the most honest, upfront, and down to earth person I've ever met. He is a man of integrity and his business dealings are carried out with the utmost professionalism.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company, insurance premiums were a bit high.

      Cons

      Small company, still growing so while it's eager to help you develop yourself, opportunities are limited to what new contracts it can obtain - which is essentially luck of the draw.
