Low pay and management is often unhelpful or downright rude. The HR trainings are annoying and need to be completed every year. They take hours to do, you need to complete them on your own time, and you don't get paid to do them. Also, their completion tracking often fails so even after spending hours working on them, the system may not mark it as completed. Separate from the clients' trainings so you'll be doing two sets of trainings - at least the client allows you to complete their trainings on-site. Your co-workers may be lacking in skills and ask you to help them with their work.
