Do not waste your time working for these people. You will not be there long. No one ever is.

Cons
Senior upper management is a joke. They are only interested in saving their own hides. If there is a problem, which there will always be since they do not know how to manage, they will fire employees over and over and blame the problems on the employee when it is actually the managers fault due to their daily drama to keep the focus off of them by Robert Larson and their lack of knowledge of their jobs so therefore they blame EVERYTHING on the employees and never themselves. Really sad and I am surprised it is still going on. Seems to me the Larson's would have figured this out by now but when three members of the upper management team are family members than it will never change.
