      Free employee health insurance Thats it!

      You manager will backstab at you. Management is sick. They do not want you to succeed so that you might not take their seat at some point.

      Great company undergoing some growing pains

      Pros

      My team is awesome. Each person is friendly, talented, and happy to help out. My manager is very supportive of my ideas and tries her best to help me succeed. The company is still nimble enough that you can make a real impact if you are driven and self-directed. I also love the fact that there are a higher number of women in leadership positions compared to the industry standard. Free lunch is a nice perk and you have the opportunity to go sailing at least once a week on the company sailboat.

      Cons

      Directors and above don't talk to each other and often have contradicting views, problematic when trying to create a unified vision of where to go next as a company. As a result, some directors micromanage their teams to their detriment. This is frustrating for me as my role involves bringing cross-functional teams together to make projects succeed. The benefits are old-fashioned and do not align with a modern tech company. I'd like to see a more robust vacation package and remote working opportunities.

      Pros

      -Free Lunch (If you can stomach it) -Great Health Benefits (Starting after 3 months "probation") -Some really nice people working there -Great place to start right out of college to gain experience for your resume

      Cons

      -Awful management -If you don't play the politics game you have no chance at success, which is irrelevant based on your performance -Silly rules like no paper cups, lunch must be taken from 12-1, etc. -No flexible hours, only 2 weeks of vacation per year -0 Employee perks or events -Treated like a child rather than an employee -No chance at advancement unless you are somehow related to the CEO of the company -Extremely high turnover (about 3-4 people per month quit/get fired in a company of about 200 people) -Compensation is quite low compared to similar job positions at similar companies
