Pros
* The teams and people I worked closest with were all great! Super friendly, knowledgable, supportive, funny, and just all-around good co-workers. Sadly, most of those awesome people no longer work there.
* They're willing to invest in their new hires, at least initially. As long as you have good problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, they'll work with you to help you pick up the ins and outs of the software.
* Some good benefits. Their health insurance plans, 401k matching, and free daily lunches are all really nice.
* Arlington office is in a GREAT neighborhood, right next to the metro and with great apartment complexes, restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms, barbers, dentists, dry cleaning, etc. all within a short walk
Cons
CAVEAT: It's bee a while since I've worked here, so these things may have been addressed.
* Limited growth opportunities. Once you're there for about 2-3 years, there are very few opportunities for advancement/growth. You kind of just have to wait for someone else to quit, or they'll give people new titles without necessarily changing their responsibilities.
* Meh salaries and PTO compared to other tech companies.
* Private company, so no stock options, if that's something you care about.
