In the past was a fantastic company driven by a very intelligent visionary. Offered something that now you can find off the shelves.

Cons

Stuck in a legacy world and needs sound engineers to move it forward. Management warms the chairs and has no direction. If you come in with great ideas, they will terminate you within the first 100 days. Do your homework and do not waste time with them. Lost of promises and none to be delivered. The solutions are so frail and struggling with the cloud business. They are super expensive compared to the competitors and need direction. Lots of turnover on the sales side and on the marketing side. They do not like innovative ideas, and so fare over 5 Sales Executive managers have departed.

This tech company is located in Long Beach,CA which is really attractive . You can go to the beach and enjoy Southern Ca after a long day at the work. HR is great and always in search of how they can make employees happier. You are surrounded by very smart people as opposed to bigger companies. This company has really great work life balance at the same time you never feel like you are behind the technology. They don’t want you to work hard , they want you to work smart. Tech leads really care about latest technologies and put effort to apply to daily work. They support your personal growth and provide training as much as you need. They have pretty cool clubs to join. Their product is really cool which makes people life easiera

I was going to mention about high turn over but this is the problem that all the companies are suffering right now.
