Pros

Laserfiche provides a great environment for recent grads. They like to cultivate talent from within, so there are a lot of opportunities to advance your career internally. The free lunch they provide allows you to meet employees from other departments, and make new friends all the time.

Cons

In some roles there are promotion ceilings that are hard to break through. Additionally, roles at Laserfiche would be more suited to self-starters since they expect you to hit the ground running and learn on the go.

Pros

Employees are young, fun and smart. Free lunch. 401k match is good. Open and bright work space.

Cons

Senior management doesn't trust employees even mid-level managers. Senior management doesn't have a long term vision. A lot of the decisions are for short term benefits and hurt long term benefits of the company. Turn over is extremely high among employees.

- Free lunch. - Most people are young/recent grads which makes it easy to connect with others. - They give you a lot of responsibility right off the bat. - A few of the departments have really great managers. - Most people are very nice and fun to work with.

Cons

- Although free, lunch sometimes gets tiresome when it's generally the same week after week. - There is a general feeling of being treated like children. Not great for morale. There is high turnover for a reason. - Employee training is lacking. - Some people/managers are extremely unpleasant to work for/with. - Transparency is lacking. Management's reasons on doing things are too often not clear, not understood, and not explained.
