Laserfiche has a wonderful benefits package and the people are amazing to work with.

Cons

The company culture is very antiquated and has a history of nepotism. The executive team welcomes constructive feedback, but there is no meaningful way for employees to be involved in any change making processes. There are channels for making suggestions, but it's hard to keep anyone accountable for following through.

Pros

Laserfiche has a very collaborative culture. The work-life-balance is great considering the ability to work remotely. If something comes up, I can easily notify my manager and my schedule is always accommodated. I've work at 3 other companies before Laserfiche. I'm on my 3rd year here and if you get a job offer from them, it's worth considering. The benefits are quite good. I have an excellent relationship with my manager. We have a meeting every other week and we discuss my contribution to the project and several of my suggestions for improvements have been implemented.

Cons

While working from home was great and I look forward to getting back into the office (but not full time).

Good tech company perks, remote work, most of the employees are good people

Cons

Aside from the CEO a lot of the managers are terrible. They don't care about their employees and don't take their feedback on work projects. It's their way or the highway. They are backstabbing. Low pay.
