Pros

Great benefits. 401k vesting schedule is fairly standard and awesome matching. Other than big company only type of benefits, Laserfiche has everything. Very accommodating for the right talent. For example, H1B sponsorship, temporary housing in condo, etc. Everyone has a meaningful job. Excellent place to quickly gain hands on experience especially if you a relatively fresh grad.

Cons

It's up or stagnant out. Upper management either likes you if you achieve results, or don't like you if you don't produce. Training is not centralized. Guidance is hit or miss depending on which team you are on and who is mentoring you. Salary is lower relative to the talent level they seek. Career growth is there, but undefined.

Pros

Health, dental, vision, 401K with 100% match. I can't vouch for the sales side of the business but there are a lot of smart people in the engineering group. I can choose which project I can work on. The projects are engaging and interesting. The hours are flexible. People come in from 6 to 10. I can arrange my commute to avoid traffic. Lunch is catered. People occasionally bring in random food to share. I get to work on multiple projects.

Cons

With flexible hours, not everyone works the same hours your do.

• work/life balance • the people here are truly wonderful. Everyone is quick to offer help and support you wherever needed • they seem to pay attention to employee feedback • lots of opportunities for growth within your position

Cons

• there are inconsistencies with management • there isn’t much communication from the executive team
