15% 401k contribution match, truly some kind and amazing coworkers, emphasis on cross-location collaboration and teamwork, allowing for lateral department changes.

Cons

Nepotism, eccentric managerial dynamics (e.g. being a direct report to someone that shares your same title), heavy opposition to working from home pre-pandemic, uninspired platform, low base salary for certain departments. Left years ago but I hope that the diversity has improved some.
