Pros

Started 6 months ago. Pretty much right before COVID hit. I would like to think I was pretty lucky to land this job. Who would have know that a few week later the world would turn upside down? My team is great! I can't say enough about the people I work with. We have the quiet types. A few very vocal types. We meet daily over teams. Everyone on my team is more than willing to help each other. By no means is this a recommendation to work here. My team is perfect and we are not hiring . Find your own team. Great work life balance.

Cons

There are no downsides which I can see. There is no more commute. No free lunch.

All I can say is WOW!. So much has changed overnight. I was on the work from home trial and COVID happened and we all moved 100% work from home. I do appreciate that leadership has provided quarterly covid updates. We have pushed back the office return date multiple times and I do appreciate that it is now into next summer. Work life balance? We are all at home. We meet over video chat. We code together online. I don't even know how to start comparing this experience to anything I have done in my past.

Cons

I've been at Laserfiche for 3 years and 2 weeks. I do want to get back into the office.

Pros

Aside for the great food , there was nothing good about this place. Fake reviews to boost ranking .Do not fall for it.

Cons

There is no structure or policies, they will magically appear as you go . Coworker with bad attidue, a bully in all aspects. Manager was abscent in opinion , a puppet .
