Pros

Laserfiche provides you with tremendous opportunities to break into the tech industry. You dive right in and will be presented with opportunities that might take years to get at other companies. It's a young company with some wonderful aspects.

Cons

Management isn't listening anymore. Development is in an isolation bubble, but many other departments are being restructured for the worse. Changes started a year ago, and they are leading to the ruin of a good company. I went from having a job with tremendous opportunity, respect from my manager, and good work-life balance to having a job working twice as much for half the respect.

Pros

Freedom to interface with C-level contacts immediately. You get a baptism by fire with this company. Management in the sales departments are quality people.

Cons

Pay doesn't scale at the same pace as the uptick in responsibilities you take on. Free lunch is not very appetizing.

Pros

Extremely easy job. A pretty good life - work balance because you will never have to work at home. You are able to travel if you would like.

Cons

Really high turnover rate. Low pay. Terrible commission structure that essentially is based off luck. They provide lunch everyday but it is extremely unhealthy and pretty disgusting food the majority of the time. No leadership.
