good work life balance. Colleagues and manager are very nice people

Cons

It felt good at first. But once to get to know some of the upper management people, you feel a little you are not being treated fairly. It crushed my outlooks of the company.

Upper management either lives in its own little bubble and/or is not very nice Limited career development opportunities unless you're placed on the right team A lot of people either don't care, or don't know what they're doing High turnover
