Boss are stupid and no brain at all, do not trust employee, always shouting in the office. I feel like the management have mental problems. I do not see this in other company. It is extremely stupid to have a executive toilet in the office! I worked in Hong Kong office and it is located in an industrial building. The employee outside the office has no toilet paper!! Staffs needs to bring the toilet paper walking along the corridor and everyone know you are going to do. Management doesn't want to put the curtain on the window. Staffs need to work under the sunlight if they are sitting next to the window. It is definitely hurting staff's eyes. Management still refuse to put the curtain on even the employee complain about it.
This is definitely not a good company and business is going down for sure. Keep looking for another job if you got an offer from Laserfiche. Believe me, you will get a better offer from other company.
