Pros
Been at Laserfiche for about a few year now and it's the best decision I've ever made. Some things that come to mind:
- Top knotch dev team with seriously good talent/mentorship
- Incredible product that does wayyy more than what most people think. Has the potential to be a crucial part of any company's tech stack in the long-term
- Company is super transparent as a whole, and leadership will make a special effort to communicate what they're doing, why they're doing it, and how we're going to do it. We also use laserfiche for everything internally
- Hard working company culture but not difficult to manage work/life balance, even for people with families/children. People here work hard because they genuinely want the company to succeed, not because they're worried about getting left behind
- Super nice/welcoming/fun group of people overall. Very diverse backgrounds and personalities
- HR/Operations is an absolute all-star team, constantly organizing great events. - Benefits are great. Medical/dental/vision insurance, home internet, etc.
- Realistic targets
There's a lot more I could list but you get the point!
Cons
Better guidelines for promotion. Hybrid workplace requiring office presence 1 day a week, Time difference can sometimes make it a bit difficult for the US teams to communicate.
