Pros

The pros are you get to work with other young/smart/fun people, 401k matching is really good, a couple of the managers are really great, and the building is located right off the 405 freeway.

Cons

The cons are a lot of the managers have no training on how to be a manager nor are they interested in learning how to become a good manager and the software has no direction - it just feels like they're 5 years behind everyone else and they have the mentality that more features is better (listen to your UX designers).

good work life balance. Colleagues and manager are very nice people

Cons

It felt good at first. But once to get to know some of the upper management people, you feel a little you are not being treated fairly. It crushed my outlooks of the company.
