A good sense of community here, and the product is a good one.

Cons

They don’t value their employees enough. There is very little transparency from management, no parental leave, and they underpay their employees.

Coworkers are friendly, and a great place to learn as an entry level developer. Benefits are decent. Tech stack had been older, but is modernizing. Company is hybrid friendly, and as WIT, there is a comfortable gender ratio in development which is better than standard in the industry.

Cons

There is some variability in your experience here, depending on what team you get placed on.
