Pros

They will hire almost anyone fresh out of school with some decent people skills. Also, due to the poor company environment currently, and their lack of talent in both sales, presales, and somewhat in development, it is almost impossible to get fired.

Cons

This is a family business, plain and simple. If you start working here, don't expect to get much higher than a bottom level manager in your role. Unless you are part of the family, your pay and potential for advancement will be stunted compared to your peers.

Pros

Free lunch, recreation rooms, young co-workers.

Cons

Large turn overrate as a result of built up frustration with management. They'll never change their style of management and refuse to acknowledge their faults. It's a family business so your words only holds value if you are considered part of the family. Cross department collaboration can be a bit difficult because of such high turn over rate and new co-workers barely starts to learn the technology.

Pros

Benefits are by far the best. Medical, Dental, and Vision. 401k is 100% matching up to 15%...but you'll need to be there 5 years. Free lunch (don't be fooled by the catered part, most people bring their own) Due to being over-worked and you will definitely grow as a person.

Cons

Due to great benefits, salary is below-average. Upper management is all family (Privately owned Chinese Company). All they do is hire new-grads for nothing, then dump them once they cost too much. The average employee will have no job-security, and leave/fired after 1-2 years.
