Great employees. Great partners. Great customers. Promising product roadmap. They are leading the competitors in every aspect. Need to keep focused and not get distracted.

Cons

Changing culture is tough. Many legacy employees are getting disgruntled while new employees are becoming impatient with changes taking so long. So there is a bit of a culture clash. But they are going in the right direction. Keep going.
