Pros

- Nice, young co-workers--truly awesome people considering the company - Free lunch (not very healthy and a limited rotation) - Good training program - Casual Fridays - 7 AM - 4 PM work day, if you consider that a bonus

Cons

- Wearing a tie to work Mon-Thurs to do what is basically call center work - HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE FOR WOMEN -- old school management does not know what constitutes gender discrimination and is guilty of it fairly often - Fairly strict rules considering the work isn't rocket science - Rules are broken based on favoritism and politicking

Pros

Great way to get experience fast. You learn a lot about tech and corporate work, but not everything is applicable once you leave.

Cons

Laserfiche operates unlike any other company because upper management still has a tendency to operate like a family business: micro managing and not trusting people outside the family to do good work is a huge issue. Company lacks real leaders.

Pros

Laserfiche provides you with tremendous opportunities to break into the tech industry. You dive right in and will be presented with opportunities that might take years to get at other companies. It's a young company with some wonderful aspects.

Cons

Management isn't listening anymore. Development is in an isolation bubble, but many other departments are being restructured for the worse. Changes started a year ago, and they are leading to the ruin of a good company. I went from having a job with tremendous opportunity, respect from my manager, and good work-life balance to having a job working twice as much for half the respect.
