+ Lunch provided + Beautiful new building (less pay for employees), + Mostly Great co-workers

Cons

- Pay/Salary/Compensation is very poor. - No transparency and when 'they think they are being transparent' you can't take their word that they are being honest based on past experiences. Example: no transparently shared pay bands. - Diversity and inclusion is 'claimed' to be 'People First' but are far from diverse or inclusive. - Not all campuses are treated the same: pay, benefits, lunches, culture, respect - Narcissism at its finest. - Terrible Management upper and mid - High Turnover - No consistent, constructive direction from Management for the Development - Most employees seem unhappy with the company - Just recently reduced the best benefit they had: 401k match

Aside for the great food , there was nothing good about this place. Fake reviews to boost ranking .Do not fall for it.

Cons

There is no structure or policies, they will magically appear as you go . Coworker with bad attidue, a bully in all aspects. Manager was abscent in opinion , a puppet .

- Lunch is provided daily - Generous 401k match - Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage - Bright, young co-workers make good friends - Work/life balance exists - Company-sponsored recreational clubs

Cons

- Private, family-owned business - Management doesn't have a clue on how to run the company because most positions of power were inherited - Feedback is often ignored so improvements are not made - Pays under tech industry standards - 9-hour workdays - Very high turnover of employees due to the above
