Amazing people, interesting projects

Pros

Health, dental, vision, 401K with 100% match. I can't vouch for the sales side of the business but there are a lot of smart people in the engineering group. I can choose which project I can work on. The projects are engaging and interesting. The hours are flexible. People come in from 6 to 10. I can arrange my commute to avoid traffic. Lunch is catered. People occasionally bring in random food to share. I get to work on multiple projects.

Cons

With flexible hours, not everyone works the same hours your do.

Pros

Laserfiche offers excellent benefits, better than I've seen anywhere else in their healthcare, 401k matching contribution, and don't forget free lunch.

Cons

I have experienced some problems with inter-departmental communication and coordination. This has caused issues with delivering projects and determining requirements.

Pros

As some have alluded to, the company has a great benefits package. There is also a decent amount of autonomy. If you're a self starter and eager to prove yourself there is opportunity for advancement. You will also get an opportunity to develop a large skill set even at an entry level position. Lots of company sponsored activities outside of work like yoga, sailing team, softball, etc.

Cons

With the autonomy also comes a lack of direction. There are no clear guidelines on what employees need to do in order to be successful. There is not open communication and many employees feel intimidated to give their honest opinions for fear of the repercussions. Salary is typically lower than industry average.
