-Nepotistic leadership. Everyone tries to work around them. -Individual contributors promoted to be people managers even though they lack the skills to be one. This is especially true in Engineering. President/CTO doesn't understand that not everyone is meant to be a people manager. -President/CTO bad-mouths everyone to everyone, and as such creates a toxic environment with low morale. Only promotes people he favors. -Middle managers will not standup/back your team to upper management. They are too concerned with making sure upper management likes them.

i was punish for asking to get training definition of training . here is the online help.. figure it out. coworkers are nice but busy and not available to help. manager is basically useless you dont even know he exists until one of the coworkers is harassing you , and you complain about it, even then he does not do anything. i asked some of the other coworkers why this is allow. answer that is how it is you just need to accept. they dont hire engineer they hire typers that copy answers . love yoursaelf and apply in other places.
