The team and manager I worked for were openly hostile towards me. Little diversity in the company. Gossip and condescension from my “team.” No clear workflows or processes set in place. Expected me to understand the product with zero training because the literal CEO’s brother learned everything on his own. It’s pretty satisfying learning the company is on its way to bankruptcy. I left this company with a terrible case of depression. When I say “left” I mean they unceremoniously fired me after hiring my replacement and my “manager” getting ruder and ruder to me up until the day. Awful place!
