Pros

I can confidently say that this is an exceptional (and a very rare) place to build your career. I appreciate the most the commitment to quality. We are always pushed to do better, the management constantly fights mediocrity. The company’s dedication to continuous improvement means we’re never stagnant, and there’s always something new to learn.

Cons

Not for everyone that's for sure. If you are lazy or aren't constantly seeking to grow, this is not a place for you. The only thing I dislike is the relaxed WFH (work from home) movement.
