Pros
Super cool office setup, with great chairs (Herman Miller chairs). They have great coffee and from time to time some extra treats (fruits, sweets). They have a team building abroad but they only pay for transportation and accommodation (food, drinks and activities are on you) but even so, I think is nice. Also, you can attend conferences abroad and participate in great trainings. In the past people working there were really nice and the atmosphere at work was friendly (things are changed now). Also have great initiatives and benefits.
Cons
Overtime is expected (for calls). There were some scandals (nepotism, favors, etc ). The person in charge of the people's experience (HR manager) is a really FAKE person!!! Is pretty hard to advance in your career if you are not friends with the right person.
