Pros

Senior management trusts their employees. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and many exciting projects upon which to work.

Cons

The company is growing quickly. That brings typical growing pains (a lot of training, out-growing our office), but I'm excited about what it means for the future.

Pros

Company is fast growing and presents a lot of opportunity for learning and advancement. Staff is always helpful toward other employees and willing to work with customers to solve any challenges. I found the team to be professional, intelligent, and dedicated. I would highly recommend this company to any potential employee. The international aspect of LATISTA is a benefit because many of it's customers are overseas and global in nature. I found working with the global nature of the company rewarding. Company has brought in many industry experts in the last year and now has deep industry knowledge.

Cons

Company is growing very fast and not always enough resources to handle the demand. However, the company has good structure in place to handle growth and scale.
