Pros

Good office. Great kitchen staff cooking delicious lunch and breakfast. Working with many smart people. The mission is a step in the right direction.

Cons

The management exhibits toxic behaviors with no effort to address or improve them. There is a pervasive culture of employee burnout. Goals and deadlines are often highly ambitious or even unattainable, with minimal opportunity for discussion or feedback.
