Compensation and Transparency When it comes to compensation, there seems to be a lack of fairness and clarity. Some employees receive additional stock or cash bonuses, while others do not. When asked, ELT or HR simply state that “not everyone will get it,” but there was never any prior communication about these awards. Most employees only learn about them through peers, which creates confusion and frustration. Additionally, announcements about layoffs or major changes often come suddenly. While ELT appears to have full visibility, employees are left in the dark. This contrasts sharply with the CEO’s repeated emphasis on transparency—a value that, in practice, feels absent.

Tools are outdated, licenses are limited, and this directly impacts productivity and results. Upper management shows little care for employees, which affects morale and growth. Recently switched RTO schedule with abrupt effectivity, showing little consideration for employees.
