      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are good compared to industry standards. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Tools are outdated, licenses are limited, and this directly impacts productivity and results. Upper management shows little care for employees, which affects morale and growth. Recently switched RTO schedule with abrupt effectivity, showing little consideration for employees.

      1. No proper endorsement/communication of tasks 2. No proper training 3. No PSA from HR and management about a lot of matters. Usually the announcement is on the day or the day before the matter/event. 4. Significant lack of interest in investment of tools. 5. Some managers fail to understand best practices when it's presented to them - results in teams being limited to what the company has been doing for the past years 6. If you come from a company with better processes and methodologies, your skills will rust here
