- Portland area a good place to live - Field sales and applications engineers are the best - Nice home office building in Hillsboro

Cons

- Latest CEO has a mission to move most functions offshore (Darin Billerbeck) - People in support groups were great, but have ALL been laid off - CEO last at Zilog where he was rewarded for doing the same thing (downsizing)

The people you work with are friendly and are dedicated to the company. The company work/life balance is good. Ample opportunities for charitable work, and corporate social events.

Cons

Compensation has remained stagnant for several years, with goal based bonuses meant to motivate. Company has had 7-8 different CEO's and associated churn within ~10yr span. Corporate slogans, but no corporate culture. Market strategy for future growth uninspiring.
