Completely disconnected management - all the signs of desperation, chasing after any opportunity that may come the company's way in order to hopefully save it from impending failure - while at the same time providing NO corporate guidance, or worse yet, consistently wrong decisions. The company is attempting to cut all engineering and operations costs by way of layoffs and outsourcing, while at the same time continuing to bring in high paid upper management. There is only so far that the "soft economy" argument can go. At some point you have to have a solid plan to deliver to your customers. And this company does not have it.
