We appreciate your recognition of our training programs which include a series of leadership and professional development programs for our team members. We are excited to continue offering a rotation opportunity as part of our College Graduate Program. Regarding your review and advice to management, English is our official global company language and we do what we can to encourage interaction and networking among our staff, which might even include moving the coffee station… :-) Additionally, Lattice has been through a great deal of mostly positive change in recent years. We have moved to new buildings, brought in new management, and have developed a greatly diverse yet cohesive culture. We are excited about Lattice’s transformation.

While we know that change can be hard, we do believe that the two companies together are stronger than they were apart, and that our combined technology portfolios offer more opportunities.
