Pros

Good people and benefits. Keeps employees well informed. Transportation shuttles to and from the Lab. Opportunity for work from home at times.

Cons

Many departments require onsite several days a week but there is very little onsite parking available. While shuttles run pretty consistently, pairing those with schedules for public transportation makes for very long days.

Nice view of the bay. Feels great sitting at the top of the Berkeley hills and feeling like a goat going from building to building on the side of this steep hillside with buildings crammed everywhere

Cons

They have actual goats there sometimes.
