      Pros

      Appreciate the true care and compassion that the leader has brought to the HR organization. I feel truly heard and accepted. The level of transparency has increased and I am looking forward to what the future will bring.

      Cons

      Although HR has provided zoom free days, it doesn't work for many since the Lab as a whole is not supporting or sponsoring it. It is challenging to get actual work done when there is back to back meetings.

      Really fun workplace for all kinds of scientists, access to the best resources the US has to offer.

      Cons

      Not being able to (casually) bike to work is not great.
