      Pros

      Collaborative scientific environment with state-of-the-art instruments. Scientific staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly. Inclusive environment and excellent work-life balance. Safety is a priority and is taken extremely seriously. Rules are well defined. Labs are very safe even during covid. Possibility of performing multidisciplinary research; the Lab has departments across several differents fields of research.

      Cons

      Projects and tool installation are not always up to speed due to slow bureaucracy. Excellent work-life balance can result in slow progress for some projects. Poor upward mobility for Ph.D. and PostDoc students (very limited positions are available)
