Pros
Appreciate the true care and compassion that the leader has brought to the HR organization. I feel truly heard and accepted. The level of transparency has increased and I am looking forward to what the future will bring.
Cons
Although HR has provided zoom free days, it doesn't work for many since the Lab as a whole is not supporting or sponsoring it. It is challenging to get actual work done when there is back to back meetings.
