Pros
Nice location. I had an overall very negative experience so it is hard to list something positive.
Cons
Non-competitive salary. No or minimal career growth possibilities. Badly organized work. Unpleasant toxic work atmosphere. Strange policies enforced by fear. In my opinion as a postdoc you are being exploited especially if you have visa requirements e.g. you can not negotiate your salary as you will not have alternative job opportunities.
