Cons

Workplace bullying is a common strategy, especially for less senior employees and people with less power. Too frequently managers do not intervene and/or participate and instigate. They seek to ruin others’ reputations and are often successful and cause unnecessary problems which is counterproductive to the mission of the Laboratory.
