An organizational concern for the well-being of their workers that's embraced and encouraged by leadership. Strong culture, and promotion of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accountability. A good work-life balance but also opportunities to advance - I've seen lots of people make the leap from individual contributor to leadership. Employee safety, both physically and mentally/emotionally is a top focus. People seem to see the benefits of telecommuting and flexible hours.
