Very smart colleagues. Relaxed atmostphere Very interesting scientific projects - (Not just about making money but to increase scientific knowledge!)

Cons

Salary are good but can always be improved. Diversity of race can also be improved.

Awesome place to do science, so many smart people, beautiful location

Cons

Low pay (particularly for those with with skills in the computing sciences), need to be constantly writing grants to pay your own salary and the salaries of those on your team unless you are associated with one of the user facilities.
