Pros

Great mission and great colleagues.

Cons

There are many programs and active cases, would be great to have more opportunities to share and learn what others are working on.

Pros

There are a lot of very intelligent people working here that are dedicated to the cause. Relatively small staff so you get to know everyone on a more personal level. Lots of transparency about the work being done.

Cons

Takes time for decisions to be made.
