Only pro of working here is co-workers.

Cons

Management is a complete joke. Most managers will actively try to fire you simply because they don't like you, not because you did anything, you can be the best employee but if the manager doesn't like you you'll be fired. Definitely don't try to report anything to HR either, they won't answer the phone and will never call you back. Last thing is literal weeks off work at a time that you will not be paid anything for.

I have never worked for such a large company that was still so humble, personable and transparent. From the meetings that the entire company can tune into to hear from CSuites what is going on within the organization, to having the Lazer Foundation to aid in employees who fall upon difficult times. Lazer logistics is growing and still putting their people first! The company embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion and has many many initiatives in play that will make Lazer an even better place to work at!

Cons

Getting some to really care and take ownership of they role within the company can be daunting and lead to people having bad experiences BUT we do provide regular trainings to improve our leadership.
