Where the customers get to have their way with the drivers

The only pro is the money.

Cons

Management being puppets for the customers Lazer serves. Not sticking up for the drivers when the customers decide they want a lot more out of the drivers than what the drivers have been having to put in. No pay increase for the drivers when such increases in their expected workload occurs. The drivers do all of the work that makes Lazer profitable while getting the smallest slice of the pie.

Close to home, straight forward job, not complicated. You don't have to worry about being on the road.

Cons

Very low wages if you are working for some of their greedy accounts like Ross. No hope of getting a raise or a significant one at least.
