Upper management don't care if your a good employee you won't see any raises here

Management being puppets for the customers Lazer serves. Not sticking up for the drivers when the customers decide they want a lot more out of the drivers than what the drivers have been having to put in. No pay increase for the drivers when such increases in their expected workload occurs. The drivers do all of the work that makes Lazer profitable while getting the smallest slice of the pie.
