Schedule for the next week doesn't come out till Saturday and new schedule starts Sunday Some of the equipment is less than satisfactory

Nothing really positive to say long hours and an I don’t care attitude towards drivers

Low pay and long hour incompetence middle low management favorite saying to any disagreement is I’ll be happy to take your resignation. Unfair treatment on different shifts market labor is $22 and up an hour, pay is $19 and then expect you to chase overtime to make up the difference. Regional manager Zach told drivers he doesn’t care how many drivers quit, they started hiring temp drivers at $24/hr and are bleeding drivers because of low and and an I don’t care level of management on drivers happiness and work life balance they expect way to much for skilled class A drivers at 19 an hour An all around I don’t care about drivers attitude from management
