Working with a lead that will find a way to get rid of you if you don't fit in his friend's niche. Which in my mine the is a blatant HR issue. This lead will cost the company good workers and causes the company to have more and large turn overs in the company. Even if you report 1 of his friends regarding a company policy, he will say he handled it....but he didn't.... he kept it quiet did not tell our Superior
