No OT. Long hours. Horrible management. Lazy workers. 0 accountability. Low pay. Pretty much everything. They did give me a hat once

Pros

Lazer Spot, Inc is a growing company that cares about not only it's customer but the employees as well. They have grown tremendously in the past 8 years and is on track for more growth in the coming year. I would recommend this company to anyone in search of a committed and friendly work enviornment.

Cons

At times, there was a lack of communication passed down from upper management. However, i feel this has been remedied in the past year.
