Quotas are realistic; management is supportive; products are well-known and well-respected in the field; case coverage is less than some other med device jobs

Cons

Training and onboarding left a lot to be desired; not a lot of innovation in products; company doesn’t invest $ in clinical data to support the products; limited opportunity for professional development- seems like they’re fine replacing reps and don’t do much to try and retain their good reps
