Pros

Lead Bank is by far the best bank I have work for. They truly live by their business mission statement. I do not feel like a number here. I've work here for a little over 2 years and I feel like they provided everything need for me to have stress-free work environment. Amazing Benefits. Amazing people to work with

Cons

Hybrid- I rather work from home full time, but two days a week is not to bad either

Pros

Lead has a strong mission that gives the work real meaning, and even though many employees work remote, it still feels collaborative. The People team does a great job providing ways to stay connected and involved, without it feeling forced. It's a face-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to contribute, take ownership, and grow as the company continues to scale.

Cons

Because Lead is growing quickly, processes are still evolving and often being built as we go. This can sometimes make alignment and communication challenging, especially across teams. Expectations can shift as priorities change, so adapting and staying flexible is important.
